Women in Industry: Day in the Life of a FTI Consultant

We would like to thank everyone who tuned in to our Day in the Life of a FTI Consultant zoom event. The event shed a light on what it's like working for FTI as a consultant. Thank you to our panelists, FTI Consultants, Eve Pedder, Erika Parry, Tamara Simic, Caterine Jacques and FTI HR Advisor, Elisabeth Besselse for giving is an inside look into the day to day workings of FTI Consulting.

All panelists agreed that a big benefit of working as a consultant is that there's a lot of variety in their work; no project, client or day is ever the same! We also heard about how FTI encourages employees to have a diverse tertiary education and keeps internal development and training ongoing throughout the entire grad program. FTI also has diversity initiatives and supports women through programs like the 'Women Initiative Network' and the 'Women in Leadership' Program.
